Nordic Game 2017 has now concluded. Many thanks to our speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, partners and participants, and see you again next year.
Since 2015, the Investing in Games Summit at Nordic Game has brought dozens of international investors together with almost 100 games companies from all over the Nordic region. Our investor panels on the “state of games” and in particular, Nordic industry opportunities have been followed by hundreds of 10-minute “speed-dating” style meetings.
This year’s event sees several of previous years’ global investors returning to Malmö, with many new VCs also participating.
“We’re seeing an unprecedented level of interest from Asia, with several Japanese and Chinese investors already signed-up for the summit. It’s really satisfying to finally see a new geographic base of cooperation in games solidifying,” says Investing in Games Summit project lead and NGR MD Erik Robertson. “In addition to the traditional links across the Atlantic and the Pacific, the Nordics are now serving as a central gateway to Europe from Asia.”
Welcome to the Investing in Games Summit at NG17 on Wednesday, May 17 from 13:30-18:00 in Room Copenhagen.
Investors, you can still contact us here and we’ll ask you to fill out a brief online form about your portfolio and what you are looking for, such as mobile, console, PC and/or VR projects, type of investment and stage/amount.
All accredited investors will receive one complimentary NG17 conference and MeetToMatch Unlimited access pass. However, inclusion in the speed-dating portion of the Investing in Games Summit is at our discretion.
Accredited investors attending NG17 will also receive all pitches from registered developers.
The pitch submission period for developers is now closed. All pitch details submitted by developers will be distributed to accredited investors attending NG17. Teams selected for meetings have also been notified with their schedules.
Even if you were not be chosen for the summit speed-dating, you can still use your well-honed pitch (for example in PDF form) via MeetToMatch to meet with investors and publishers during all three conference days.
