Welcome to Nordic Game, Europe’s leading games conference and the only event in the world with a dedicated focus on the entire Nordic industry.

NG24 Spring passes and upgrades
Your NG24 Spring Event pass will give you full-access to our highly-anticipated twentieth anniversary show, NG24 Spring at Slagthuset in Malmö and online from 21-24 May. Available pass upgrades, secured either during pass registration or later in our upgrade shop, include MeetToMatch and Developer Showcase.

Update: Currently there are no Covid-19 restrictions on events in Sweden. However, Nordic Game will strictly adhere to best-practice health precautions and government regulations regarding public gatherings during our events. This could possibly restrict access to the venues. We will post further information concerning event participation in Malmö should the situation change.

Regarding travel to Sweden from outside of the EU, consult your embassy in Stockholm for any visitor advisories.

How to obtain your Nordic Game pass and register
You can either purchase a pass for yourself and up to nine other colleagues or use a redeem code to obtain a pass. Completing the process will register you for our event, and you will receive a receipt/paid invoice and information about the event in a confirmation email.

Note: All communication going forward regarding your pass and the event will be sent via email to the address you registered with, so double-check the email address you enter. If you do not get a confirmation email, check your spam folder first, then contact us here.

Step 1: Choosing your pass type, venue (event) or online. Venue passes include all online benefits as well. If you will participate in our event remotely, choose an online pass. More about venue and online passes, as well as prices here.

If you are purchasing passes, you can also enter a partner discount code in this step. More about partner discount codes here.

If using a redeem code, for example as a member of an Expo booth, group delegation organiser or Developer Showcase demo station team, simply enter the code you were issued.

Step 2: Enter your personal details, and if applicable, the details of others you are purchasing passes for.

Reminder: Though you can purchase several passes (and upgrade them in the next step) at once during registration, one unique email address must be submitted per pass holder, so we can contact each pass holder directly with important information, and so that any passes not upgraded during the registration process can be upgraded later in our upgrade shop here.

A key part of Step 2 is submitting your primary activity. Please carefully choose your primary professional role in the games industry. For example, only those who register as a “developer” can be eligible for a Developer Showcase upgrade (this will not appear as an option for those in other industry roles).

Step 3: Available upgrades for your pass. Depending on the type of pass (venue or online) and your role in the games industry, available upgrades will be listed for purchase or redeemed with a code.

If you decide not to upgrade in this step but decide to upgrade later, you can use our upgrade shop. Note however that pass discounts do not apply in the upgrade shop.

Currently there are two upgrades available for our upcoming event: MeetToMatch and Developer Showcase.

All pass holders can upgrade to MeetToMatch. Venue (event) pass holders get access to the online MeetToMatch platform, meeting areas at the venue and remote meetings. Online pass holders get access to the online MeetToMatch platform and remote meetings.

Developers have the option of upgrading to Developer Showcase, where they get a demo station on the show floor to display their games, participate in special activities like Publishers and Investors Day and our Pitch Stage, get a MeetToMatch upgrade free-of-charge as well as a redeem code for an additional pass.

Note that if you choose the Developer Showcase upgrade, you can ignore the MeetToMatch upgrade in this step; MeetToMatch will be included regardless at no extra charge.

Also note: Developers redeeming their extra pass code issued as part of a Developer Showcase upgrade can purchase a MeetToMatch upgrade as well, but even without MeetToMatch on their pass, will be allowed access to MeetToMatch areas in the venue when accompanied by their colleague who booked their meeting.

Step 4: Review your order and accept our Code of Conduct and Terms of Sale.

Once you complete this step, you will be shown your completed order and be sent a confirmation email with a receipt, option to print a detailed receipt/paid invoice, important event information and in some cases, your booth or demo station ID number and (a) redeem code(s) for (an) additional pass(es).
