He published more than 70 peer-reviewed academic articles, garnering several best paper awards and co-authored the book Game Analytics, a milestone publication in a burgeoning field, used to evaluate user-experience.

For the game Tom Clancy’s The Division, we chose to represent users’ behavior as sequences of actions, obtaining much greater insights in the player experience.
