My role at IOI consists of improving our internal UI tech and framework, working with UI designers to implement UI across our games. More recently, I’ve also been championing accessibility internally, with monthly presentations on accessibility, hosting discussions with consultants and working with our teams to improve the accessibility of our games.

Accessibility in games has taken leaps forward in recent years. This talk aims to aid developers by passing on knowledge such as: what accessibility is and why its important; how to prioritise and fit accessibility into the production pipeline; approaches to making games more accessible.
