Designing pure pixel art UI for the strategy game Wargroove introduced many interesting challenges – from different resolutions for handheld vs. docked mode to three completely unique custom content editors. In this talk Chucklefish art director and producer Lili Ibrahim discusses some of the valuable lessons learnt from the UI design of Wargroove.
