Paul Conway works as engagement manager at GameSparks, the world’s leading games-as-a-service (GaaS) platform. He collaborates closely with game studios to ensure optimal use of the GameSparks’ platform to maximise user engagement and retention. Prior to this, he worked as a game designer on a number of independent titles, before moving to Hamburg-based developer Goodgame Studios, where he gained valuable insights into the soft launch process.
