During the last 20 years, Thomas has developed award-winning accessible 3D games and game accessibility guidelines, and several research papers. He is co-chair and co-founder of IGDA Game Accessibility SIG and vice-chairman of IFIP Entertainment Computing Game Accessibility. He is also member of the W3C WCAG Silver.
