Tim started his career as an actor, but gradually shifted his focus to entrepreneurship. He founded Spektor in 2009, known for its innovative media-productions. In 2018 he sold his company to serious game developer Flavour, from where he co-created and co-founded the Hero Centered Design methodology and HackShield Future Cyber Heroes.
