Welcome to the nineteenth edition of Nordic Game, Europe’s leading games conference and the only event in the world with a dedicated focus on the entire Nordic industry.
Following a very successful NG20+ in November, Nordic Game returns online with the spring edition of NG21 on 26-28 May.
NG21 May, 26-28 May
NG21 May returns online, building on the success of our digital editions in 2020. We have some really great things in the pipeline, though it’s still a bit too early to say more – other than that we’re aiming at create our best Nordic Game online experience yet, and that means…
Broadcast live from our Nordic Game studio, expect to be blown away by a thought-provoking and entertaining three-day program of talks by some of the best speakers in the Nordic games community and the global industry.
The entire live stream in May will be complemented by our ever expanding collection of pre-recorded talks in 2021, with a focus on in-depth, detailed and complex content.
Emotions running high(er)
Nordic Game this May also ushers in the highlight of our annual spring edition, the Nordic Game Awards. Revamped and revitalised for our live online format, be prepared to laugh and cry on an emotional high as the very best Nordic games (and a few surprises!) are celebrated.
Business beyond usual
Long-time partners MeetToMatch return to Nordic Game as well this spring, with their online business meeting scheduler and remote conferencing playing a central role at NG21 May.
Many have tried, but none have come close to the MeetToMatch platform in functionality and efficiency. Are you participating in NG21 for the biz opportunities? Then you won’t disappointed at Nordic Game.
NEW! Nordic Game Talents
Are you expanding your team or seeking to enhance your career? Then join Nordic Game and MeetToMatch for Nordic Game Talents (NG Talents), starting on Monday, 24 May and extending through the entire week (24-28 May) of the spring edition of NG21.
And that’s just the tip of the proverbial iceberg!
Plenty of other exciting activities and events are in store for you this May at Nordic Game. Just to name a few…
The very successful Nordic Game Discord channel returns for NG21 May – streamlined, updated and ready to give participants the chance to interact with speakers, network with other pass holders and take part in many casual and fun events.
For game studios wanting to reach out to publishers, prepare for the Nordic Game Publisher Market on the day before NG21 May starts, again in tandem with the Games Capital Summit, designed to help developers getting investments.
And much, much more
One could say that the 2021 starts for real with NG21 on 26-28 May, but the spring conference is far from the only Nordic Game activity of the year.
Season V of the Nordic Game Discovery Contest has already begun, with the first qualifying round held at Africa Games Week in Cape Town last December, and a string of great partner events already on the 2020-2021 tour. The qualifier winners will of course meet for the NGDC Grand Finals this fall, taking place at… wait for it… yes, of course – NG21 Nov!
Indeed, Nordic Game returns with a fall edition in November – the perfect culmination of an action-packed year 🙂
